Let’s start 2020 the right way.

This year let’s commit to our hair by adopting a hair regimen.

  1. I will wash my hair once a week

Washing your hair is an important step that shouldn't be neglected. Washing your hair not only prevents buildup,  it also helps you achieve better hairstyles.

  1. I will do regular hair treatments

This is the year to love and give yourself the time you deserve to take good care of you! This includes giving your hair weekly moisturizing treatments to restore and maintain good hair health. 

  1. I will sleep with a satin pillowcase or silk scarf 

Avoid damage and hair loss by wrapping your hair in a silk scarf or sleeping on a satin pillowcase each and every night. 

  1. I will have regular trims

Scheduling time for regular trims is important: your hair won’t break as easily and will grow faster. 

  1. I will choose natural products

This is the perfect time to switch to natural hair care products. 

Take the time to read product labels carefully - it’s important to know what goes in & on your body.

  1. I will eat nutritious food

The food you eat definitely affects how your hair grows and its quality. Certain proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals are especially important for strong, healthy hair.

Launch the New Year by making better choices at the grocery store, and avoid junk food in favour of vegetables, fruits & nuts.

  1. I will take the time to learn how to style my natural texture

I will accept and love my hair unconditionally.

This might be the most important part of your healthy hair regimen.

Curly hair is not meant to be perfect - sometimes you will experience days that are good and sometimes not so good. 

Accepting your hair texture as it is, will allow your hair to grow as this is energy, love is everything.
